I rented a bike a few times, which was great, but the rental policy wasn't clear. one employee said I could rent for one or more days, one said I could only rent one day at a time, and then the return policy isn't clear - do I owe the key back the next morning or does a day rental have a time limit at night? Not a big deal, just a little confusing."

"First time staying at a hostel solo and in a 4 person room. It wasn’t too bad. Everyone’s doing their own thing and everyone was quite nice and respectful. Bring a lock with you for you’re in room storage there’s quite a lot of room in there. Easy Walk from the train and Walking distance to where you need to go. Easy to meet people at the solo travelers table and join the hostel activities. The place is awesome. Would definitely be staying here again no question about it. The staff is awesome. "

"This hotel is steps away from the central train station, which makes it super convenient. We had no complaints except that there were only 2 bathrooms on the floor with rooms that shared a bathroom. Each had a toilet and a shower, so if people were showering you couldn't use the toilet. Other than that, we enjoyed this hotel and would stay there again. "

"Overall great hotel - If you're like us and are happy to walk everywhere around a city break, it's in a perfect location with great restaurants and shopping in the area (public transport is right there as well). Staff were very polite, professional and spoke excellent English. The hotel rooms were very clean and spacious and nicely decorated and also had everything we needed. The hotel lobby / bar toilets are not very well located as walking past them on two seperate days they had a bad smell...

"We had the Penthouse and the room was phenomenal and clean. The outside balcony was a great place to get some nice photos of the canal and street. The tv and couch were completely comfortable and easy to use. We had a wine fridge that we used for sodas and other drinks. The staff was so amazing and nice. They help us with everything that we needed and asked for. Next time I come to Copenhagen, I plan on booking with the Hotel Maritime. "

"Good stay, helpful staff, room was good as described, nice to have coffee machine in there. Cleaned every day to great standard. Only real complaint was the shower water pressure was a bit low but apart from that all perfect "
